Hi, I'm Sharvesh. I am a Graduate Researcher at the Minnesota Robotics Institute (MnRI), University of Minnesota, working on guidance, navigation, and control for autonomous aerial and space systems. My work focuses on Direct Position Estimation (DPE) using weak GNSS signals in cis-lunar space and state estimation for UAVs operating in GNSS-denied environments.
I also work at Verteel, a drone-delivery startup, where I conduct risk and safety analyses, and help design operation and tracking softwares for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations.
My research interests span safe planning, control and state estimation, with the goal of enabling verifiable navigation and planning across challenging domains.
